USDA Rural division just called back and laughed at me. "I just took a look at your pre-qual application." And? "You've got a lot of...well, there's a lot of collection accounts". Yep. That I know. "And a profit and loss." Yep. "You've got a lot of negative marks against you...you need to have zero balances..." So what are you telling me? "As long as you work it out with the accounts..." So you're saying no... "Well yes."
