JT weighs 22 pounds which is the 15th percentile, he's 31 inches tall which is the 20th and a gigantic head measuring 49.5 which throws him into the 90th percentile.
As Doctor C said, "He's always been on the smaller side with a big head so that's nothing to be concerned with."
